Abigail R. Norris, CAE

President 

Abigail is a graduate of Indiana University
Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management & Event Planning and a minor in Recreation and Park Administration.

With over 10 years of association management experience, Abigail acquired the Ward Management Group in 2020 and attained her CAE (Certified Association Executive) credential from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) in 2021. It is Abbey’s mission to advance the goals and interests of a professional association through responsible leadership in Organizational Development, Administration, Membership, Education, Marketing, and Conference Management.

Abigail’s up-to-date knowledge of demographics and the general business climate affecting the present and future of association work has led to success in membership building, association marketing, and overall improvement in organizational effectiveness for her clients.

Implementing and achieving the strategic vision of member-based professional societies through collaboration, facilitation, organization, and communication is Abigail’s main priority.
