- Work with executive board to implement plans for non-dues income
- Program ranges from development of group insurance programs to social fund raising programs
• Member Surveys
- Develop and implement surveys of the organization's membership on public policy issues or internal membership issues
- Ward Management Group serves as the "third party" so often deemed important for effective confidential data gathering and data basing
